Streamlining inventory management and optimizing turnaround time

Enhance laboratory efficiency by automating the preparation of DURA Innovations-powered dry reagent cocktails. Our proprietary drying technique eliminates the disadvantages of lyophilization, delivering significant workflow benefits. The CellMek SPS system enables end-to-end automation for dry reagent preparation. The reagent module is compatible with holders for both dry tubes and DURACartridges. All reagents are barcoded and available through LUCID Custom Panel Design and Cocktail Services* or RESOURCE Contract Manufacturing Services**.

Dry Tubes

System capacity includes:

• Up to 2 dry-tube carousels
• Each carousel accommodates 25 tubes
• Maximum total capacity: 50 tubes

Efficient reconstitution is achieved through integrated fluidic mixing and carousel shaking. Tubes containing dried beads are fully supported, with bead counts recorded in the worklist file for seamless integration with DxFLEX flow cytometers. Dry tubes from other suppliers are also compatible when labeled with custom reagent barcodes.

DURACartridges

DURACartridges are optimized for use with the CellMek SPS system and provide custom-designed, pre-mixed dry antibody panels.

System capacity includes:

• Up to 2 DURACartridge carousels
• Each carousel holds 6 DURACartridges
• Each DURACartridge contains 12 tests
• Total capacity: up to 144 tests

Each DURACartridge features pierceable foil and maintains stability for up to 12 months, supporting reduced turnaround times in high-throughput laboratory environments.

For CMS/RESOURCE reagents, the customer is the legal manufacturer of the product. The customer provides the formulation of the reagent combination and bears responsibility for any legal or regulatory requirements for the finished product including validation, product label content, intended use claims and regulatory approvals or clearances based on the product’s final use.
